Delivery & Delivery Services
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is usually within 7–14 days. Once your order is ready, our Emerald Rest team will contact you directly to arrange and confirm a suitable delivery date.
Is delivery free?
Yes. Every order includes free 2-man doorstep delivery anywhere in Ireland.
Will the driver contact me before delivery?
Yes. On the day of delivery, you’ll receive a call in the morning with an estimated arrival window. Our drivers will also call approximately 1 hour before they reach your address.
Where will you bring my bed?
Standard delivery is 2-man doorstep delivery. If you require delivery beyond the doorstep, such as upstairs or into a specific room, this must be agreed with us in advance and may depend on safe access within the property.
What happens if I am not at home for delivery?
Your delivery date will be agreed and confirmed with you in advance. If you are unavailable on the agreed and confirmed delivery date, a redelivery charge may apply. Please see our Delivery page for further details.
Can you assemble my bed on delivery?
Yes, assembly can be arranged where available for £60 / €75. Add this to cart at checkout and we’ll confirm the details before delivery.
Can you remove my old bed or mattress?
Yes, removal and recycling of your old product can be arranged where available for £40 / €50. Add this to cart at checkout.
Can I choose a delivery time slot?
We’ll agree your delivery date with you in advance. On the day of delivery, you’ll receive a call in the morning with an estimated arrival window, and our drivers will call again approximately 1 hour before arrival.
Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order at no charge as long as it has not been processed. If your order has already been processed, please contact us as soon as possible so we can advise what options are available.

What is your returns policy?
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. A collection/uplift fee of £40 / €50 may apply for collection of your product.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please check your items carefully when they arrive. Any visible issues must be reported within 48 hours, along with supporting photos, so we can resolve the matter quickly.
Signing for delivery confirms receipt of the goods, so please inspect items before signing wherever possible.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll confirm by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few working days.
Do I need proof of purchase for a return?
Yes. To complete your return, we require a receipt, order confirmation or other proof of purchase.

What payment options do you accept?
We offer a range of secure payment options to make checkout simple and convenient, including major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna, Shop Pay and other supported secure checkout methods shown at checkout.
Do you offer finance options?
Yes. We offer flexible payment options including Klarna, PayPal Pay in 3 and Shop Pay, helping you spread the cost of your new sleep solution in a way that suits your finances.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout, with supported payment providers available depending on your location and chosen payment method.
Can I use Apple Pay or Google Pay?
Yes, where available on your device and browser, Apple Pay and Google Pay can be used for a faster and more convenient checkout experience.
