This product is covered by a minimum of three years’ manufacturer’s guarantee for added peace of mind. It is made using high quality materials and designed for long-term everyday use.

The guarantee covers manufacturing faults and defects under normal domestic use.

What is not covered

• General wear and tear
• Accidental or deliberate misuse
• Failure to properly care for or maintain the product
• Commercial, rental or institutional use
• Incorrect assembly or unsuitable storage, including damp areas or direct sunlight
• Products that have been altered, sold as clearance items, or used for display purposes
• Failure to follow the applicable guarantee terms

If an issue arises during the guarantee period, our customer support team will work with you to resolve it fairly. This may include repair, replacement parts, or another suitable solution depending on the issue.
